Marshmallow Cones

Marshmallow Cones

Marshmallow piped into ice cream cones to look like ice cream is a great recipe for children, parties or if you’ve been asked to bring a plate for a fete or cake stall. It’s quick, easy, inexpensive and guaranteed to be popular. I made these for the children at my sons playgroup last recently.

I followed the recipe from the video clip on the Better Homes and Garden website but instead of placing the marshmallow into a baking tray to set, I  used a piping bag to pipe it into ice cream cones. Then I dropped a few sprinkles on top. (I also coloured some of the marshmallow blue and pink by stirring in food colouring.)
